Professional Supervision
We love to support counsellors, support workers and practiioners in many settings.

While have qualifications recogonised by the Australian Society of Social Workers, and Australian Counselling Association, meeting common requirements associated with Professional Supervision.
Our approach can better described as supporting Reflective Practice. We support practitioners to reflect on the values, skills and knowledges that are contributing to the issues that they bring to the sessions, and to strategies to address or manage those dilemmas and possibilities. At thesame time, we will introduce experiences of other workers facing similar challenges, or our own esperiences, where these may broaden discussions of possible understandings and directions.
Practitioners typically come to our sessions with challenges and dilemmas relating to prcatice. These may also relate to the organisation and workplace. As we all live full and inter-related lIves, practitioners also bring challenges in their private lives, impacting on their general well-being and workplace practice. We operate with complete confidentiality, and are pleased to supoprt practitioners in ways that find most helpful.
In these sessions, we draw primarily on narrative practices that underpin all our work. These assist practitioners to draw on their own preferred methodologies. Practioners interested in narrative approaches report that narrative supervision supports their own narrative practice.
